Spacious and modern room with a large balcony and a comfy chair, plus a relaxing Jacuzzi 🛁. the location was convenient, close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Lovely room with terrace overlooking the pool. Good parking for our motorcyle and wonderful lazy lunch in adjoining hotel. Within easy walking distance to town. Would recommend and hope to stay again on next holiday in Cantabria.

The location was absolutely perfect for traveling around Santillana del Mar, near to Town center, and the Ferry in Bilbao. The atmosphere created was charming. The food was tasty - variety of options.

The breakfast included a variety of options like fruit and cheese.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the old town of Santillana Del Mar and great restaurants. The place was close to Casa Cano, where you can have dinner. I appreciated new-fashioned room with a terrace and a safe box. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, after a long drive.

This place has a great location near the ferry port of Santander and is housed in a beautifully historic building with nice units.

Friendly staff. Nice location just outside Santillana. Good breakfast buffet.

Towels were not clean (we found hair dots in more than one towel). WiFi signal was too weak to use our tablet in the room and in most of the dining room. We had a room looking at the main street, which was noisy because of the traffic.

Santillana del Mar is wonderful, picture post card town. There are very good restaurants and hotels in the centre. The posada is only 500m away.

Lovely Spa bedroom. Plug didn't fit on first evening but repaired by second. Good view and proximity to beautiful village. Massage treatments in same building. Characterful with traditional furniture and decor. Good air con, comfortable beds, great shower. Breakfast really good. Nice quirky place just outside old part of town. Easy walk to explore. Excellent final stop on motorcycle tour. Available parking and decent meal.

Cleanliness of all areas

The staff were not welcoming and friendly.The slope into the annexe hotel was quite scary to walk up when carrying ones luggage.

The hotel is located near excellent restaurants, the ferry port of Santander, and Suances beach. Its central location is great and unbeatable. - Ideal for visiting the Museum of Torture.

Impeccably clean with pool and spa facilities. Central AC, blackout curtains, and small balcony. Friendly staff and good quality.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the charming town of Santillana del Mar during our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit all the must-see sights such as the medieval Collegiate Church and the delightful Museum of Altamira. The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, providing us with a cozy base after our daily adventures. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, indulging in rejuvenating massage treatments that left us feeling refreshed and pampered.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.
